In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a hairdryer, a washbasin and a shower.

With a direct view of the water and in a unique location directly on the Schlei, the "Fjord-Koje 2" at the Pioneer Harbor Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation. The 74m² holiday apartment offers an open living and dining area with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and in the living room you can end your vacation days on the sofa in front of the smart TV. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180x200cm), a flat-screen TV and blackout options for restful nights. The other bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm each) and blackout options. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and a shower as well as a toilet and sink. On the terrace you can relax and end your vacation days in the beach chair on warm evenings and organize barbecue evenings with the whole family thanks to the electric grill. You have your own parking space directly in front of the house. You can store your bicycles in the shared bicycle room. There is a washing machine on the ground floor for communal use, which is available to you free of charge. The Pionierhafen places great value on sustainability, which is why 77% of the energy is obtained from geothermal energy. The holiday apartment is part of the newly built area at the Pionierhafen. There may still be some construction work in the area. We would be happy to inform you about the current status. Some of the photos are sample images of identical apartments. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
