The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds, two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a heather and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a sandbox, a garden, a table tennis table, a barbecue, a football table, a pond, a set of garden furniture and a trampoline. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has two fridge-freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two microwaves, a dishwasher and two stoves.

Located in Lichtenhain, this picturesque apartment is perfect for a large family or group. With 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a terrace and garden with a pond that offers ample space to enjoy outdoor living.

Nature lovers can head to numerous lookout points that offer a stunning view into the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Cyclists will find lots of cycle routes. You can also go canoeing or take a boat cruise on the river Elbe. The apartment is 500 m from the town centre. The nearest restaurants and local grocery stores are at 600 m.

A garden invites you to relish a sizzling platter of barbecue with your favourites. For leisure, you can play table tennis, darts, and table football. For the little guests, there are a trampoline, changing mats, sand pit, play equipment and high chair. Parking is available.

The train station is 5 km away whereas the motorway is 30 km from the apartment.

The check-in timings are between 4-6 PM and checkout-time is from 9-10 AM.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
