The holiday home for 9 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a radio, a TV (cable), a fireplace, a heather, a phone, a VCR and a DVD player. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a bicycle, garden furniture, a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a garage.

Especially for (young) children, there is a paddling pool, a cot and a playground.

The villa built in 1985 and is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road, in a busy environment, on the outskirts. Also due to the view on the garden from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location at the water the domicile is popular. This property is a historical accomodation. Available for use: children's playground, swing, terrace, pavilion, Hollywood swing, campfire site, dog kennel and lift. It is a test object. Location Leipzig. The villa is located on a 10 sqm open garden plot, water plot and forest plot with trees, bordered by a wall. on the garden Access is via a side road or via a mountain road (rubble or gravel, length 12 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 5 cars) is available in a garage and on the street in front of the house and (distance 5 m). Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
