Just a few kilometers from the tourist center of Annaberg-Buchholz and in the middle of the beautiful Erzgebirge Nature Park lies the municipality of Crottendorf with the district of Walthersdorf. It is surrounded by wooded hills, which are crossed by endless hiking trails and, thanks to its low mountain climate, offers a great base for exploring this region, which is almost unknown to this day, in all seasons. Here, on the edge of the village and the forest, is this comfortably furnished and detached holiday home for two people. The house has a covered terrace for romantic summer evenings. The region also offers winter sports opportunities in winter (cross-country ski trails, ski lifts, winter hiking trails). Trips to famous cities such as Dresden (115km) or Karlovy Vary are certainly among the possibilities. A day trip to the nearby Czech Republic is also a must (e.g. Prague 125km).
