This comfortable and cosily furnished, completely detached holiday home is located on a beautiful, fenced plot (600 sqm) surrounded by trees. It consists of two identical and separate apartments. This layout is suitable for two families who are friends, accompanying grandparents or extended families. You have plenty of space and yet have separate areas. Here you will find peace and relaxation in the midst of the nature of the Vogtland. In the large garden you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset and prepare the grill for the evening. Relax with this wonderful view of the valley or go hiking and cycling on the numerous paths that lead directly past the house. The central location of the accommodation offers a wide variety of options for both nature and culture lovers. Trips to Dresden or Plauen with many museums and theaters are also a good idea. Other excursion destinations could be: Miniaturvogtland Adorf (5km), Vogtland-Arena (15km), Drachenhöhle Syrau (30 km), Plauen (35 km), Karlsbad (90 km).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
