Detailed information

Our holiday home is particularly characterized by its modern and comfortable furnishings and its direct location on the Geiseltalsee. It is only a few steps to the Marina Mücheln. The large living area has 2 comfortable couches, an armchair and a spacious dining area with space for 6 people and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, refrigerator and microwave as well as all appliances that are useful for quickly preparing meals. The entire house has underfloor heating.
The spacious terrace with garden invites you to relax or play with the children. Directly next to the large bedroom there is a balcony with a view of the lake and the Marina Mücheln. The large bedroom has a large box spring bed and a single bed. There is also a large flat-screen TV and a desk here. The second bedroom also has a large box spring bed and a single bed.
Wi-Fi is included and can be used freely. The internet connection is currently not very stable. There should be a fiber optic connection by October. The holiday home can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and up to 4 children. There is a baby bed and a safety barrier for each of the single beds.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
