The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a double fold-away bed and two single sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, two televisions and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stove, an oven and a microwave.

Welcome to the Morgenrot holiday home in Güntersberge, a state-approved health resort in the eastern Harz region. The house is quietly located at the end of town and on the edge of a natural reserve and is therefore highly recommended for those looking for relaxation.

With its many hiking and bike paths, the nature trail and a beautiful mountain lake witha large sunbathing lawn, Güntersberge invites you to enjoy a relaxing but also eventful holiday.
From here you can go on day trips throughout the Harz Mountains. Visit sights such as Quedlinburg, Bad Suderode, Brocken, Wernigerode and much more.
The village also has a "Selketalbahn" train station. You can go shopping in the neighbouring towns.

The bright and comfortably furnished house has a beautiful fireplace and features a stunning view of the natural surroundings. Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening on the covered terrace in the small, sunny garden. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house. Please bring your own detergent, washing-up liquid, charcoal and wood for the fireplace. You can easily park in front of the house. Cats are not allowed.

On 1 kilometer of Morgenrot you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 8 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features swimming, renting bicycles and your holiday home's surroundings features water sports. You can also relax, because near Morgenrot in Güntersberge you can go to the water or the forest.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
