The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The balcony and terrace are not separated from the other apartments. Optimal accessibility: the access to the apartment, the balcony by the stream, the windows and doors as well as a bathroom and the kitchenette are completely barrier-free.

The old trees, the direct access to the stream that runs across the property, as well as the walking paths and a barbecue hut spread across the area, provide an ideal environment to leave the stress of everyday life behind. There is also a Kneipp facility (water treading) in the mineral water-bearing stream. The communal 200 m2 sun terrace (roof terrace) can be reached via a spiral staircase. The communal barbecue hut is under a huge chestnut tree (barbecue at the campfire (wood extra) or with a gas grill). The complex is also suitable for blind people and wheelchair users in accordance with the Rhineland-Palatinate guidelines for barrier-free living. In apartment D3 (BF-F8HH5), people with mobility impairments can use the hot tub with the help of an electric lifting device.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
