The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a DVD player. In addition there is a tennis court, a terrace and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Large balcony 20 m2, terrace 15 m2 partly roofed, garden 500 m2, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the resort and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at 10 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Other small kitchenette (2 hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) on the ground floor. PLEASE NOTE: The holiday home is the combination of the three apartments BF-F53M5 and DE5509.2003 and DE5509.2004. Separate outside entrance to the upper floor.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
