The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a heather, a stereo, two televisions, a fireplace and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a sauna, a barbecue, a terrace, a garden, a patio and a bicycle parking. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a garage.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, two microwaves, an oven and a coffee maker.

This holiday home (approx. 90 m2) is located on a large private estate with a total of two houses in a beautiful, hilly landscape near a small farming village between the Moselle and the Hunsrück. It is particularly suitable for a family of four who want to explore this beautiful corner of Germany. You can end the eventful day in the private sauna.

Due to the wonderful location on a mountain, you have a wonderful view of the surroundings. There are forests, mountains, small villages and farms. You can make many beautiful hiking and mountain biking tours here. There are also several golf courses nearby.

The holiday home has a large communal garden of approx. 2500 m², the perfect place to drink tea in the evenings or have a barbecue.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
