The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a CD player, a radio, a DVD player, a TV (satellite), a fireplace and a stereo. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, garden furniture, a sauna and een dartboard. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge, a washing machine and a freezer.

The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house built in 1986, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a luxury style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. This property is a romantic accomodation. Available for use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Location Kamp-Bornhofen, 125 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1250 sqm garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday flat is barrier-free. For bookings for up to 2 people, only one bedroom is available; additional bedrooms can be booked on site. Centrally located between Koblenz and Rudesheim you can from us from visiting the many interesting sites and activities. Direct from the house, you can hike the Rheinsteig. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. Per apartment we reserve for you 1 parking space, more free parking facilities are in place. Special central heating (gas). Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
