Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Mosel 70 m. Apartment and Gründerzeithaus are located near the famous winery Walter J. Oster with 10.5 hectares of vineyards (Bremmer Calmont (Europe’s steepest vineyard), Neefer Frauenberg, Ediger Elzhofberg), visits and wine tasting (8-10 wines) are possible for a fee on request and by appointment. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
