The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a garden (fenced), a barbecue, a terrace and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle). 2 showers/WC. Balcony 8 m2, terrace 25 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. The house has no living room (bedroom partly with seats). The terrace is located in the inner court. Bicycle garage.

Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Mosel 200m away. The holiday home is located near the famous winery Walter J. Oster with 10.5 hectares of vineyards (Bremmer Calmont (Europe’s steepest vineyard), Neefer Frauenberg, Ediger Elzhofberg), visits and wine tasting (8-10 wines) are possible for a fee on request and by appointment. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
