The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

"Entenhaus II", 3-room terraced house 110 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Comfortable furnishings: 1 room 12 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Upper floor: living/dining room 35 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player. 1 room 16 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. One of the two bathrooms (shower / WC) is located in the mezzanine. Courtyard (10 m2). When reserving the extra beds, a separate third bedroom (18 m2) is available within the apartment with 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm), this room adjoins a barn (window without direct sunlight overlooking the barn).

Cosy terraced house from the 19th century. In the centre of Ediger-Eller, 150 m from the river, road to cross. In the house: central heating system. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Parking (limited number of spaces), public parking 30 m. Shop 6 km, grocery 100 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 150 m, bar, bakery 300 m, café, bus stop "Ediger", railway station "Cochem" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 12 km, riding stable 10 km, children's playground 700 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Pulvermaar 16 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Mosel 150 m. The cottages are located near the famous winery Walter J. Oster with 10.5 hectares of vineyards (Bremmer Calmont (Europe's steepest vineyard), Neefer Frauenberg, Ediger Elzhofberg), visits and wine tasting (8-10 wines) are possible for a fee on request and by appointment. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
