The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds, two double beds, a bunk bed and two single sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heater. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a bar and a football table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, six washbasins, five showers and three toilets.

The very large outdoor area with beautiful garden offers a real Bierstube, campfire place, children's playground with play equipment, an outdoor sports field and a barbecue. The Emser Mountain Bike Park is around the corner and the entertainment, restaurants and shops of the beautiful spa town are also close by. Located 15 km from Koblenz, a city with a rich culture. Ideal for larger families, family holidays and groups of friends, especially if you add the medieval tower with a romantic double flat (BF-ZV3C). There is ample parking space.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
