General

The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and two fireplaces. In addition there is a trampoline, a hot tub, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on four parking lots. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath with shower, five washbasins and two toilets.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a cot and toys.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

The child-friendly house has a spacious living room on the ground floor with a TV corner, a large dining table for 12 people and a comfortable seating area by the typical German "fireplace". Next to the living room there is a fireplace room where you can retreat with a good book in front of the fireplace. This room opens onto a covered patio, the conservatory. The spacious kitchen has all modern conveniences, including a Nespresso machine. Finally, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms: 3 with double beds (separate box spring beds) and 1 with two single beds and 2 bathrooms. The large bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and double sink. The second bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and double sink. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. There is also a large children's playroom in this attic with various toys and an air hockey table. The large garden has a terrace, garden furniture for 12 people, a barbecue and a trampoline. Here is also the whirlpool, where you can relax all year round, for example after a long hike or a day of skiing. Cars can be parked behind the house. Bicycles or motorbikes in the garage on the ground floor.Siedlinghausen is a beautiful village between the Sauerland hills. In the village there are several shops (bakery, supermarket, bank and tourist office) and restaurants within walking distance from the house. Club, student, bachelor or drinking parties are absolutely not permitted at this property. It is a comfortable holiday home that is also popular with families and seniors. The house is in a village and the people who want to live and vacation there want peace and nature

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
