The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with ten single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a table tennis table and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, a hairdryer, three washbasins, two showers and a bath with shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

This spacious and modernly equipped holiday home is located in Siedlinghausen, a district of Winterberg. The attractive, spacious living room is separated from the large open kitchen by beautiful authentic wooden beams. In the kitchen there is a long dining table with 14 chairs where you can enjoy a leisurely dinner and have a beautiful view over the garden. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. You have direct access to the garden from the kitchen. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms have 2 x single box-spring beds, one bedroom has 2 x single beds and the 6th bedroom has a spacious double bed. There is a separate room for skis. Those who enjoy playing table tennis can do so in a specially equipped room where children can play and have fun. The holiday home is surrounded by a large garden with garden furniture and a meadow.Siedlinghausen is a beautiful village between the Sauerland hills. In the village you will find various shops (bakery, supermarket, bank and tourist office) in the immediate vicinity of the house and restaurants.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
