This comfortable apartment is located in Résidence Winterberg, one building with eleven apartments spread over four floors. Because of the location on a hill, two of the four floors are lower than the entrance level. It is located 1.6km from Winterberg's cosy and lively centre and about 500m from the first ski lift.
The apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. In the living room, there is a TV. The open kitchen has an oven, microwave and dishwasher, among other things. There are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, which may be set up as a double bed. Outside you will find a balcony or terrace with garden furniture. From the terrace/balcony you can enjoy a view of the hilly landscape of Winterberg.
In each apartment you'll find a high chair and a cot. For each apartment, there's one parking space at the residence. It is also possible to park the car in the public parking spaces (please note there may be a parking fee).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
