The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a pond, a balcony, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a terrace and an atmospheric fireplace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, two showers and four toilets.

This cozy and lovingly furnished holiday home is located directly on the pond in this dreamy holiday region. This wonderful half-timbered house offers everything to spend a pleasant holiday with a larger family or a group of friends. End the eventful day in the beautiful garden or in the bright and modern living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook together. A number of hiking and biking trails and ski slopes are in the immediate vicinity and are just waiting to be discovered. Nearby excursion destinations: Winterberg bike park, Kappe adventure mountain, Veltins – EisArena, Adventure Golf, Kahler Asten, Winterberg ski lift carousel.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
