You reach the accommodation via the stairs. All rooms in the accommodation are on one floor, but some rooms are linked with steps. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa bed with a television and a dining table for four. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons: with an induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, you have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200cm) is next to the kitchen. The bedroom has a second TV so you can watch TV from the comfort of your bed. There are also 2 bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 children. The bathroom has a walk-in/rain shower, toilet, washbasin and towel radiator. The accommodation overlooks the Sauerland mountains. You can enjoy a leisurely walk in the area with your dog, who can join you on holiday because this accommodation allows one pet. There is no washing machine in the accommodation, but you may use the one in the shared storage room for bikes and skis free of charge.

It also has a small family-friendly ski area, including a natural toboggan run. The area is quiet and friendly but there is plenty to do on skis, sledge, bike or walking. You won't get bored easily here!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
