The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a garden, a barbecue, a balcony and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a hairdryer, three washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Also on the ground floor there is a spacious double bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one of which is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and one is a walk-through room with two single beds. All bedrooms have ample closet space. There is also a second luxurious bathroom with shower and washbasin on this floor and a separate guest toilet. The front door leads to the garden with a covered terrace with garden furniture and a swing for the children.This luxurious, detached holiday home is located on the outskirts of the center of the well-known winter sports resort of Winterberg. It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. From the house you can walk directly into nature and in the other direction you can walk within 5 minutes to the center of Winterberg (market square) with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. About 1 km from the house you will find the first ski slope. In short, a perfect combination of nature and tranquility on the one hand and facilities and fun on the other!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
