The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two washbasins, two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer, a fridge and two washing machines.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a stovetop and a stove.

This spacious rural coach house provides ample room for relaxation and activities, accommodating up to six guests with three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds, while the third has a bunk bed, making it ideal for families. The ground floor includes a large dining room with an inviting sofa corner and a well-equipped kitchen, ensuring a welcoming environment for meals and gatherings. A covered terrace adds to the outdoor appeal, offering a perfect spot for shade and protection from rain.

Nestled in the lesser-known Windecker-Ländchen region, the coach house is an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. The nearby Siegsteig hiking trail invites exploration, while cycling and outdoor sports, such as mountain biking in the Nutscheid forests and canoeing on the Sieg, provide plenty of options for active guests. The charming towns of Cologne and Bonn are easily accessible, with train stations in Eitorf and Herchen just a short drive away. Essential amenities, including supermarkets and a swimming pool with a slide, are also within a convenient distance.

Lovingly renovated recently, the coach house beautifully combines the rustic charm of an older structure with modern comforts. The expansive "barn room" on the first floor offers a cozy seating area with lovely views of the surrounding nature, and there’s a book exchange cabinet along with board games for indoor entertainment during rainy days. This delightful property promises a memorable getaway in a tranquil setting.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
