In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop 6 km, grocery 400 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 20 m, bakery 400 m, café 100 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Schieder" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m. There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Ferienhaus Born in Schieder-Schwalenberg you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
