The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a single sofa bed, a single high sleeper and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, two heaters and a heater. In addition there is a garden and there are two terraces, two barbecues and two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and two showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

In summer you can go swimming, fishing, surfing, hiking, Nordic working, cycling, taking a steamboat ride on the lake or visiting the Fort Fun amusement park. In winter you will find cross-country skiing and skiing just a few kilometres away, the larger Sports Arena Winterberg is only 30 km away.

Make yourself comfortable! Around the house is a terrace with garden furniture, loungers, parasols, barbecue facilities and a typical German beach chair! The bunks for children can be reached via a ladder. The parking space is marked "ODH 3" and can be reached from the street "Auf der Eicke" - right next to the stairs to this house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
