The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a trampoline, a bicycle parking, a barbecue, a sandbox, a football table, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a playground equipment and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a stove and a stovetop.

Real agriculture is still practiced on our farm. You can marvel at cows and cattle, try fresh fruit from our trees and explore the large garden. Your holiday apartment on the ground floor is comfortably and neatly furnished and offers all the amenities for a relaxing stay. These include separate parking spaces, a private terrace, a grill and an on-site playground.
This accommodation is the ideal starting point for hikes with the whole family. Even the little guests get their money's worth here. Whether cycling, hiking or winter sports in the nearby ski areas - the Sauerland offers the right leisure activities for every taste. In the surrounding towns you will find ski lifts and cross-country ski trails that will make winter sports enthusiasts' hearts beat faster.
In addition to numerous cultural and museum events, traditional festivals are celebrated in the region and old customs are maintained. Popular excursion destinations include the Biggesee, the stalactite cave, the leisure pool in Meggen, the Fort Fun leisure park, Altena Castle and the AquaMagis in Plettenberg - to name just a few.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
