This modern furnished apartment is on the ground floor of a well-maintained house in a quiet area on the edge of the forest with direct access to interesting and diverse hiking trails. The flat has a private entrance and a lovely terrace. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity and magnificent surroundings. The well-kept garden with its large garden pond is also at your disposal. A playground and amateur football field are within viewing distance. Excursions into the area: Biggesee reservoir, the Elspe Festival, Panorama Park, Atta Cave, Hohe Bracht mountain, Fort Fun and several small ski lifts.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
