4-room semi-detached house 70 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe. Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: sauna, iron, children's high chair, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. The shared wardrobe for the single- and double room is located on the corridor on the first floor. Bathroom with access to the sauna. 1 reserved parking space 20m from the house. Bookings are allowed for holidays only.

Rott 7 km from Bösingfeld: Holiday village "Ferienpark Extertal". Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position. Parking at 20 m. Shop 7 km, grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Rinteln" 11 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km, riding stable 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Doktorsee 12 km. Please note: car recommended. Walking trails and hike from the park. The park is located on the edge of the nature reserve and typical Scandinavian wooden houses are in. IDEAL FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS: the simultaneous booking of apartments BF-CVZH and BF-TXRX gives access to the whole house. Please note: holiday homes are only allowed for tourist purposes.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
