The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds, a single sofa bed, three doubter beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, an infrared sauna and two televisions. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four showers, three washbasins, three toilets and three baths.

The location of the cozy and lovingly furnished holiday apartment is very popular with nature and hiking enthusiasts. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday with family and friends. In the well-equipped kitchen you can put your cooking skills to the test and enjoy together at the beautifully set dining table. An infrared cabin is available for your exclusive use. The garden hut with the large barbecue area in the garden is also for your exclusive use. In the basement there is a common room with table tennis and table football and a wellness area (for a fee) with sauna, shower, relaxation room and fitness room. (Shared use with other guests) Popular destinations are: Rothaarsteig, local history museum Erndtebrück, Bald's historical vehicle show, rose garden - old cemetery, indoor swimming pool Erndtebrück, Wiesent-Wildernis am Rothaarsteig, Freudenberg, Siegen Castle.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
