Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km, lake Möhnesee 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The Möhnesee (9 km) offers ideal conditions for water sports enthusiasts, hikers, walkers and cyclists. Certified long-distance hiking trail "Sauerland Forest Route", Möhne Valley cycle path, as well as opportunities for sailing, diving and fishing.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
