The house is ideal for a romantic getaway for 2 couples and also makes for a great base for a group looking to explore this side of the country.
10 km away lies Eschweiler Tal und Kalkkuppen nature preserve, while Kallmuther Berg nature preserve is 20 km away. Eifel National Park is an hour’s drive from your stay, and a bit farther from there is the Siebengebirge nature preserve. This home is located in a popular residential area within walking distance of the spa park and the historic core town with the city outlet of Bad Münstereifel.
After an eventful day, the sauna in the basement with a separate rain shower offers you the necessary relaxation. Let your mind wander and enjoy your time in our 4 sun terraces.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
