The holiday home for 18 persons has three bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with nine double beds and a single bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a heather, a fireplace and a radio. In addition there is a pond, a set of garden furniture, a roof terrace, a sauna, a barbecue, a garden and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, three hairdryers, three showers and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), two fridge-freezers, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, a stovetop, a coffee maker, two stoves, two microwaves and two ovens.

The spacious holiday apartment in a lovingly restored mill building was completely renovated in 2022 and offers the highest level of comfort. The mill is idyllically located on a 1,600 m² park-like property in a quiet, secluded location at an altitude of 460 meters. Modern and stylishly furnished, the apartment invites you to feel good with its cozy ambience. A special highlight is the private sauna, which invites you to relax after an eventful day.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need for culinary delights. From the open living area you can go directly to the 36 m² terrace, which is picturesquely located on the mill pond. This is half covered and equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a charcoal grill - an ideal place to enjoy nature and end the day.
Weidenhausen, a small district of Bad Berleburg in the Wittgenstein region, is on the edge of the Hochsauerland region. The Kahler Asten is only 29 kilometers away. The surrounding area is a paradise for hikers, with numerous trails running through it, including the famous Rothaarsteig.
Nearby excursion destinations: Berleburg Castle, Panorama Park Sauerland Wildlife Park, Kahler Asten, Edersee and Kellerwald-Edersee National Park, Kyrill Trail near Schanze, Winterberg ski area, Atta Cave in Attendorn, Wisent wilderness on the Rothaarsteig.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
