The holiday home is equipped with four televisions, a radio, a fireplace, a CD player, a DVD player and two heaters. In addition there is a terrace and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two showers and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Our guests have the privilege of using the SPA area in the Ostseeresidenz, directly opposite, free of charge every day until 10 p.m.
Zingst is a peninsula that belongs to Fischland-Darß-Zingst and is harmoniously embedded between the lagoon and the Baltic Sea in the national park (Western Pomerania Lagoon Landscape). The beautiful fine sandy, gently sloping beach is approx. 16 km long and only 500 m away. The unique beauty of this area can also be wonderfully discovered on the cycling and hiking trails. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
