The apartment is located in Hinter Bollhagen, a district of the Baltic Sea community of Wittenbeck, less than 5 minutes by car from Heiligendamm and less than 10 minutes by car from Kühlungsborn. By bike it is just 2 km to the Baltic Sea beach. Rent a beach chair, enjoy the fresh breeze and the soft sand under your feet!

The apartment on the 1st floor is equipped with everything you need for your vacation. The large, spacious and very well-kept garden is particularly beautiful, where you can grill and eat together with other guests and where your children can romp and play freely.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
