The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a single sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a radio and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a terrace and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

Apartment located almost directly on the water on the beautiful island of Usedom. The apartment has an area of approx. 40 m² and is located on the ground floor. It is perfect for up to two guests who value and seek peace and relaxation and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A highlight is the large terrace (approx. 20 m²), where guests can relax and enjoy the sun or the extensive possibilities. On the large and well-kept waterfront property, guests have access to a new jetty and the water, which they share with other guests.

In the town of Usedom you will find many cosy street cafés and shops as well as all kinds of nightlife options. The famous seaside resorts of Usedom – such as Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, and Bansin – are only about 20 km away. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
