This beautiful three-room holiday home is located on a waterfront property in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District between Wismar and Schwerin in the town of Sternberg am See. It is a 10-minute walk from your accommodation to the town center.
It can accommodate up to 4 people. The rooms include 1 cozy living room with integrated kitchen, 2 complete bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The holiday home with terrace is located on Lake Sternberg - in just a few meters you can reach your own boat and bathing jetty.

The use of your own bathing jetty and rowing boat is free.

The public free bathing area on Lake Sternberg (with catering options) is about 300 m away and can be reached via a hiking trail along the lake. The Baltic Sea beach in Kühlungsborn is 74 km away and the island of Poel is 50 km away. The small town of Sternberg is a state-recognized resort. With around 4,000 inhabitants, it offers good restaurants and shopping opportunities. The town is directly surrounded by around 90 lakes. This holiday is ideal for relaxing, fishing or an active holiday. Children will get their money's worth here, as will their parents or grandparents. In the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, you will find beautiful nature and an architecturally beautiful, historically interesting and yet modern small town.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires.
