Here you can relax at the gates of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and only a few kilometers from the Baltic Sea. The spacious apartment is well equipped, very tastefully furnished and even has its own balcony with garden furniture. You can reach the balcony from the cozy living room with smart TV, great sofa corner and desk. The large bedroom scores with a new comfortable box spring bed and plenty of storage space. You can feel very comfortable in the bathroom, newly tiled with a bathtub and washing machine. In the spacious kitchen-diner, the fitted kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a great meal, enough dishes, a dining table, a dishwasher and many other useful kitchen helpers. The small town of Negast is located in a forest area with beautiful paths for walking. The Krummhagener See and also the Borgwallsee and Püttersee, which flank the town, can be reached quickly. It is only 7 kilometers to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Stralsund, from where you can also visit the beautiful island of Rügen. But the Darss is also a great excursion destination from here with Zingst and Prerow.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
