General

The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, two single beds and a double box bed. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a DVD player, a stair gate, two radios, five televisions, a heater and a fireplace. In addition there is a sauna, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a barbecue, a terrace and a bicycle parking. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with three hairdryers, three showers, three washbasins, three toilets and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, two coffee makers and an oven.

The former fishing village of Rerik is idyllically situated between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff, a small Baltic Sea bay across from the Baltic Sea peninsula of Wustrow.

Relax in the in-house sauna and then relax on the terrace or just cuddle up on the comfortable leather corner in front of the fireplace. Alternatively, you can end the day on the sun terrace at the holiday home with family, friends or colleagues with a good glass of wine. Our holiday home is an experience all year round! The holiday home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including a children's bathroom) and a spacious living/dining area. In the fenced garden you can relax and unwind.

Note: Charcoal and open fire as well as fireworks are not permitted due to the fire hazard of the thatched roofs!

With many cycling and hiking trails, you can enjoy wild and romantic cliffs and scenically varied nature. Visit old fishing villages, modern overseas ports and marinas with lots of flair. A trip is worth it!

There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features swimming and your holiday home's surroundings features renting bicycles. You can also relax, because near Traumperle in Rerik you can go to the beach, the water or the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
