This tastefully furnished apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. The apartment has 1 combined living room/bedroom, 1 pantry kitchen, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The cozy terrace and the beautiful garden invite you to relax and linger. A grill is available for grill fans, so nothing stands in the way of a cozy barbecue evening! The picturesque Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock with their harbors and historic old towns are popular destinations. There are good shopping opportunities in Rerik. The property has its own charging station for e-cars, use of which is charged at the local electricity rate.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
