In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

This wonderful holiday home is a short distance from the Baltic Sea in in Kröpelin. The property is very suitable if you want to go on holiday with your partner. The house has a terrace and is close to the center.

The house is 500 m from the city center, where you can experience the German culture. You can also learn to go horse riding at 500 m or play golf 5 km. If you are aiming a day by the sea, then you're good here. Only 8 km away you will find a wonderful beach where you can relax on a towel in the summer. You can find several restaurants at 800 m and at the same distance there is a tourist office, where you can go for more information about the beautiful surroundings.

If you go to the house by a car, you don't have to worry about parking facility, which is already available on the premises. Relax in the communal garden (shared with the owner) or have a gala dinner time on the private terrace with barbecue.

The house is only 0.8 km from the train station.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
