Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), logs (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Cosy semi-detached house "Bella". 300 m from the centre of Hohen Wieschendorf, on the outskirts, 15 km from the centre of Wismar, 20 km from the centre of Boltenhagen, 1 km from the sea. Private: property 200 m2, small garden lawn and wildlife garden. Bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, sandy beach "Wohlenberger Wiek" 4 km. Marina 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 500 m. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
