You can relax in the garden or reach Lake Tollense in 8-10 minutes.
We completely renovated and remodeled the house in 2022/23, the now open floor plan makes it beautifully spacious and offers a variety of options for relaxing in any weather. Due to its location on the outskirts of the settlement, it is quiet, but you can reach many leisure activities on foot, by bike or by car.
The garden was beautifully landscaped by the previous owner and offers cozy and hidden places for sunbathing, reading and relaxing.
Bicycles are actually a must for exploring the area, there is enough space on the property to store them.

Payment terms and -periods
