Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom 12 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm.

For shared use: natural state property 4'600 m2, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn 2'500 m2, plants, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, courtyard, natural pond. Patio, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
