The holiday home is located on a 800 sqm open garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house is a ca 250 years old forge, which has been lovingly restored and converted into a semi-detached house. Both semi-detached houses BF-YM2H and BF-M7DN (each with a maximum of 5 adults and 1 baby) are set up the same way and can also be booked together. The house is located at the nature reserve "Schoritzer Wiek". Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property. Special Wood stove downstairs, this heats the entire apartment! Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
