In the garden, a covered seating area allows you to relax after a walk on the beach or visiting the many cultural opportunities that the Hanseatic city of Wismar has to offer. A grill is available on request. Here, guests are given a warm and personal welcome by the landlords. Those arriving by car can park it in the included parking space.

The apartment is located 6 km west of the Hanseatic city of Wismar and 15 km east of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. In addition to a wonderful sandy beach, the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen offers a beach promenade that invites you to take walks and relax. A pier, the spa gardens and many cozy locations guarantee pleasant hours. Many paths lead you directly through beautiful nature to the beach. The Baltic Sea cycle path, which runs through Zierow, is also easy to reach from Proseken. There is a small children's playground not far from the holiday apartment. The Hanseatic and port city of Wismar offers a wide variety of leisure activities with its historic old town, cinema, water park, zoo and harbor promenade. There are shopping facilities nearby.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
