The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (outdoors), a terrace, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and playground equipment.

On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 3 km from the lake, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Terrace (300 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: lounge, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
