General

The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a terrace and a swimming pool (outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and playground equipment.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an oven.

Living/dining room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV (flat screen). 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 3 km from the lake, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Terrace (300 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: lounge, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Demmin" 13 km, sandy beach 3 km, swimming bay 6 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 15 km, riding stable 200 m. At 200m distance there is riding facility (member of the FN) where riding lessons can be taken on request and by appointment.

There is a lake/open water less than 3 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Gästehaus Alte Schule in Dargun you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
