The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions, a fireplace, six heaters, a radio and a CD player. In addition there is a terrace and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

The "Sonneninsel" apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished. On cool days, the fireplace ensures cozy hours. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

On the large terrace (access from the living room and bedroom) with comfortable lounge garden furniture you can enjoy the midday and evening sun.

The apartment is child-friendly. A high chair and a travel cot are available for younger guests. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

The holiday apartment is a non-smoking area. The private parking space with the number 2 is located directly at the property. You can find additional paid parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
