On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Wismar, in a quiet position on top of a hill, traffic calmed area, 2.5 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), terraced garden, 9 m2. In the house: central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket, bakery 800 m, pedestrian zone 3 km, bus stop "Richard-Wagner-Str." 600 m, sandy beach "Wendorf" 2 km, thermal baths "Wonnemar Erlebnisbad" 2 km. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 14 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
