The rooms on the ground floor include 1 spacious and cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, 1 open and well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 single beds. In the naturally landscaped garden, a wooden pavilion and a terrace with comfortable seating and a grill invite you to spend lovely hours outdoors. Here you will find peace and relaxation. From here you can start many great excursions by car or bicycle.
The extensive, wide Baltic Sea beaches with pier, beach promenade and restaurants in the Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik (4km) and Kühlungsborn (9km) invite you to swim, sunbathe, play, stroll and take a stroll. There are many shopping opportunities in Rerik and Kühlungsborn. A trip to the Bastorfer lighthouse offers variety and, if the weather is not so good, the fun and wellness pool "Wonnemar" in Wismar. The picturesque Hanseatic cities of Wismar (approx. 30 km) and Rostock (approx. 30 km) with their harbors and historic old towns are popular destinations. Take a day trip to Denmark from the Rostock ferry port with the Scandlines ferries. The Mecklenburg Baltic coast has a lot to offer.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
