The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a barbecue, a garden, a bicycle parking and a boules court. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and there are two high chairs.

Your very courteous landlords offer you the opportunity to spend an evening at the smokehouse if required (for a fee). You can store your own bicycles safely in a shed.

There are many great destinations to explore in the surrounding area. Rerik with its great beaches is just a short drive away and can also be reached by bike, as well as the Salzhaff, Boiensdorfer Werder and Kühlungsborn. Visit the Hanseatic city of Wismar with its great harbor and brick Gothic architecture. Warnemünde and the Hanseatic city of Rostock are also not far away as day trips. From here you can start a day trip to Denmark with the Scandlines shipping company. Just a short drive away in Neubukow you will find a large selection of shops, grocery stores, gas stations and much more.

The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated Parking places 3 Bring towels. Bring all linen with you. Towels are to be brought along. Baby cot (also in addition to maximum occupancy) on request, included in the rental price. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
